We are thrilled that our video for Nationwide ‘Rise’, promoting their internal Arthur Webb Challenge Cup, has won yet more prestigious awards.
At the resent Internal Communications and Engagement Awards run by Communicate Magazine, it won Gold for ‘Best use of video and animation’ and Silver for ‘Best Internal Communications Campaign’.
Arthur Webb was the legendary founder of Nationwide and the role of the video was to encourage the second year of emboldened employee participation, in a joyful, engaging, and enthusiastic way. The Arthur Webb Challenge is an internal initiative aimed at encouraging employee suggestions on efficiency and improvements to the business.
The inaugural Internal Communications & Engagement Awards highlight the impact internal communications have on a business, the role of the internal communicator within an organisation and the creative strategies developed to promote an engaged workforce.
On the night, Nationwide won a host of other awards, including the much coveted ‘Internal Communications Team of the year’. Well done to all involved!
