Hands up for Hygiene

Brand impact & behaviour change

Enabling children to learn about and rehearse handwashing skills and techniques

Hands up for Hygiene, a curriculum enrichment programme, communicates key brand messaging and creates awareness, knowledge and understanding among adults and children, of the importance of good hand hygiene.

Supporting pre-school practitioners, teachers and school health professionals demonstrate best practice and enabling children to learn about and rehearse handwashing skills and techniques.

 

Comprising specially commissioned stories, a song CD, stimulating games and activities engaged teachers and excited children. Huge brand impact and measurable behaviour change led to roll out to primary and secondary students.

All teachers and care staff endorsed the resources provided, and 99% of them said they were happy to receive further information from Carex. Parents and teachers reported extended trust in the brand.
